At Katemood we take pride in our customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to us along with your order number. Provided it arrives back unworn and in original, perfect condition and within 30 days, we will be happy to arrange a refund of the item. Please clearly state the reason for return - it will help us to ensure our website and quality of products meets our customers' expectations.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. For safe and fast shipping we advice to use tracked service.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
