Katemood is based in England and at the moment is trading only on Etsy marketshop. Under your chosen product description on Etsy page you will see estimated delivery date based on your address. Please bear in mind that times stated are approximate times.
We do ship all items by tracked Royal Mail service. Your order will be prepared and shipped in 1-2 business day (including Saturday)
Approximate delivery time
UK: 2 – 3 working days
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
USA, CANADA, MEXICO, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, JAPAN: 10-14 working days.
Please be patient, sometimes things can get delayed at customs, or if you live a little remote postage can take longer. Occasionally things can take 2-3 weeks to America, Canada and Australia.

Buyer can return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
All items must be returned to us in a resalable condition, unused. Katemood reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once it is received by us.
